for APPOINTMENTS

Appointment Etiquette

At Skin Angel, we ask as a new client that you please arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment to allow time for your Initial Client Information Form and/or Consent Form to be filled out. For our revisiting cliental please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time as we may need to have you read over a consent form if you are having a new treatment in clinic for the first time.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please provide us with 48hrs notice prior to your appointment time, to avoid a late cancellation fee.

If you NO SHOW to your appointment scheduled, the failure to show for your treatment booked will result in full charges of the appointment time.

We will do our best to contact and remind you of your appointment booked, however this is not to be relied on. The reminder may be either a text or email via our MindBody booking system, or in some cases a personal call or reminder text message.

In the case that you arrive late to your appointment, we may need to reduce your treatment time in consideration of our next client.

Deposits

All bookings will require a deposit to be paid in advance of your appointment. At the time of making your appointment you will be required to pay a deposit that can be redeemed against your treatment on the day, or used as your cancellation payment if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment. For existing bookings, you will be contacted with a link to pay your deposit in advance of your appointment, which will need to be paid in order to keep your booking. Bookings for Laser Hair Removal will be required to pay the entirety of the booking price, whilst facials will be set at a flat rate of $150 for 1 hour appointments and $200 for 1.5hr appointments.

Cancellation & No Show's

A minimum of 48 hours notice in advance of your appointment time is required to cancel and/or re-schedule. If 24 hours notice is not provided, the deposit of the treatment cost will apply. Failure to show for treatment will result in full charges of your appointment time. For all bookings using a Skin Angel Gift Voucher, if cancellations occurs within 24 hours of your appointment it will result in forfeiture of your voucher.

Skin Angel Payments accept - eftpos, cash and all major credit cards. Prices are subject to alteration without notice.

Bookings

Please ensure you book your desired appointment time in advance to avoid disappointment. On the Skin Angel app a credit card number is required when making a booking to hold and secure appointment times.

If you are using a Skin Angel Gift Voucher towards a treatment, please ensure you MUST provide the gift voucher code at the time of booking your appointment to hold and secure the appointment time.

Arrival

Please ensure you arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment time to complete a routine consultation with your therapist. Late arrivals will result in a shortened treatment and payment for the full treatment will still apply.

Health Considerations

Please advise reception upon making a booking of any allergies, ailments or disabilities, especially if you are on any medications, have high blood pressure, metal plates or pacemaker or are pregnant, as services may not be appropriate for you at this time.

Minimum Age

Parental or guardian permission is required for Children and Teenagers under 18 years of age. Please keep in mind for children under the age of 16 years old, a parent or guardian will be required to sign off on any treatment prior to their commencement.

Attire

You are required to arrive fresh for your appointment. Disposable underwear is available if needed for laser hair removal services.

Personal Belongings

Please leave at home all jewellery and other personal items of value, as Skin Angel Laser Clinic Pty Ltd cannot be held responsible for lost or misplaced personal items.

Clinic Environment

We respectfully ask that your mobile phones are turned off so that the tranquillity of Skin Angel may be preserved. Pets & smoking are not permitted in clinic. Your cooperation in providing a quiet environment is greatly appreciated.

Parking

2Hr Parking is available on High Street, keep in mind on the opposite side of the road a Tow away zone from 4:30 pm; Alternatively, there is 4hr parking surrounding public car parks only a short walk away from Skin Angel.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers can be used towards in clinic treatment by Skin Angel Pty Ltd or retail sales in clinic or online skincare store www.curatedbyskinangel.com

Gift vouchers are only redeemable once.

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months only from the date of purchase and are non-refundable or transferable.

Gift voucher redemption is not available on Sundays or Public Holidays.
